Wholesale Accounts are intended for businesses reselling Briotech brand products to their customers. Wholesale purchases are sold in case sizes only. Wholesale minimum order quantity is one case, plus ground freight. Wholesale status requires a yearly minimum purchase quantity of ten cases.

Wholesalers are required to retail at MSRP or higher. Wholesalers may not resell Briotech brand products on Amazon's platform or any other third-party marketplaces. Promoting other sanitizers and/or disinfectants online is prohibited.

Do not tamper with, dilute, or adulterate the product. Do not dispense from anything other than Briotech brand bottles and/or sprayers; re-bottling and/or re-branding is strictly prohibited.

All wholesale purchases are considered final once the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Returns/refunds will only be honored in the event of damaged product upon arrival and/or incorrect items shipped.

Briotech reserves the right to terminate account status upon the failure or refusal to meet any of the requirements described herein.

HOCl, also known as Hypochlorous Acid, describes the elements Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Chlorine. HOCl is produced inside the white blood cells as one of the key components of your internal defense system, working to fight infection and bacteria, and enhance the healing process. When produced outside of the body, HOCl offers these same benefits.

No — while HOCl, chlorine, and bleach all live on the same spectrum, they are entirely different molecules. HOCl, chlorine, and bleach have atoms in common, but they are arranged differently and that makes a huge difference in what they can do and how they react. HOCl is more than 100 times stronger than bleach, yet it is safe enough for skin contact, non-toxic, not caustic, and does not damage skin cells.

Yes, Surface + Air Cleanser can facilitate jobs of all sizes by serving wide area applications when used with Cool Mist Humidifiers, Electrostatic Sprayers, ULV (Ultra-Low Volume) Sprayers, and High-Power sprayers.

1 Gallon, at full strength (no dilution) will cover ~4,000 ft²
1 Gallon, at heavy strength (diluted 1:2) will cover ~8,000 ft²
1 Gallon, at medium strength (diluted 1:3) will cover ~12,000 ft²
1 Gallon, at light strength (diluted 1:2) will cover ~16,000 ft²

As a completely pure, gentle, and all natural formula, our products are safe for all skin and mucosal contact. If you are a doctor or practitioner, you are able to prescribe use how you see fit.

For optimal storage we recommend keeping the bottle away from direct sunlight or heat, maintaining a tight seal when the cap is not in use, and never adulterating the product.

Products are marked with an 18-24 month expiry from the time of manufacture. The product will experience some natural degradation, however it will remain very effective until its marked expiry.

No — adulterating the product will affect its performance and comprise its efficacy.

International Buyer assumes ALL responsibility for Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees applicable upon importation. All fees are based on the total amount purchased. Please see here for further information. Briotech will not authorize refund for product and/or shipping costs for packages that are denied upon receipt or returned by the International carrier. Orders that are abandoned are not eligible for any refund.

Standard processing times are 1-2 business days. Standard delivery time for domestic orders are 2-7 days. Standard delivery time for international orders will vary, estimated anywhere from 2-10 days. Lead times may be extended during periods of high volume (holidays, sales, etc.)

Standard domestic orders ship primarily via FedEx, but may also be shipped utilizing UPS or USPS. International orders may be shipped using either FedEx International or DHL Express Worldwide.

We maintain a strict no returns policy on all wholesale orders. Returns will only be accepted in the following circumstances:

• Product is damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect items were sent
